About My Aliyah
My Aliyah built an app that is entirely free of use. This app aims to help new immigrants (olim) with their first step in their new country. All the information that you can find in this application can be retrieve on Internet, on the official website of the different Israeli ministries.

Children
We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to use the application, disclose Personal Data or information, and do not knowingly allow our users to share Personal Data or information, from or about a child under the age of 13. If we find out that a user is under the age of 13, or that the application contains Personal Data or information, from or about a child under the age of 13, we will delete all Personal Data and information submitted by this user and his application account as quickly as possible. We are strongly committed to the protection of your Personal Data and information, and we will take reasonable technical steps, which are accepted in our industry, to keep your Information secured and protect it from loss, misuse or alteration. We recommend that you use, disclose and share your Personal Data and information with caution and don’t give out Personal Data and information unless it is necessary, as we cannot guarantee the security of data over the internet and cannot control actions of other users of the application with whom you choose to share Personal Data and information.

The application and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time (collectively, “Modifications”). Modifications to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the My Aliyah website with a change to the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data or information. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services following the effectiveness of any Modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those Modifications. If any Modification to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease accessing, browsing and otherwise using the application.
Dispute Resolution
The laws of the State of Israel shall govern this Privacy Policy. Any dispute which may arise in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be brought to the competent court in the Tel-Aviv district, Israel, which shall be granted exclusive jurisdiction.
